Shipping and Handling is available upon request, when shipping is requested for your items, we will send you and quote for shipping that can be paid at the time of approval by the customer. Items that are larger and fall outside the size and weight restrictions set by shipping companies must be shipped freight and will be subject to higher shipping rates. We will also be providing a delivery service for orders that are within a 35-mile radius of our store’s front location. If you choose to use our delivery service, we will provide you with a price upon request. If an item is shipped to you and it is arriving damaged, refuse delivery and notify Oxford Mobile Home Parts ASAP (within 24 hours). Pictures of damaged items must be provided along with the notification. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
Oxford Mobile Home Parts will not accept any merchandise for return without having written approval from the customer service department. Products subject to return will only be approved if they have not been installed and are in new condition. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt and the date of purchase on the receipt must not be older than 30 days. All return items with prior approval will be charged with a 25% restocking fee and return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Special order items, electrical parts or plumbing parts may not be returned. Prior shipping fees are not refundable. All items are subject to denial for return at the discretion of Oxford Mobile Home Parts.
Oxford Mobile Home Parts makes no warranties, written, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of any merchandise for the correct fitness of the merchandise or any particular purpose of the merchandise that is sold by Oxford Mobile Home Parts.
